Troy Wedding Photographer | Brittany and Nick Engaged

As a Troy Wedding Photographer, choosing 30 images to share from Brittany and Nick’s Engagement Gallery of 109 images might be the most difficult thing I’ve done so far in 2018.  These two are IN LOVE and it just spills out of each and every single image!  I have so many favorites I’ve lost track!  A good problem to have!

Brittany and I met through a mutual friend about a year ago.  She works for the National Cheerleaders Association and when she isn’t cheering on Albany Sports Teams, coaching RPI Cheerleaders, or outfitting local high school and college girls in their uniforms, she occasionally babysits for Baby Jude!  And I can say without a doubt, both Jude and I love this girl!  The oldest of 7 she is sweet, caring, responsible, and fun!

Over the last year she has become so much more than a babysitter, she has become a good friend who I look forward to seeing and catching up with.  When she told me about Nick and asked me to photograph their September 2018 Wedding I couldn’t have been happier!  Nick and Brittany are adorable together.  ADORABLE.  Like you want to be them in love kind of adorable.  They met through cheerleading (Nick’s brother was Brittany’s coach at The University of Albany) and they hit it off bowling (of all places!).  If you can fall for someone while bowling, then I’m pretty sure it’s meant to be!

Nick’s good friend, Jay, is a manager over at Brown’s Brewing in Troy and he graciously gave us a tour and access to some pretty awesome backdrops for their engagement photos.  If you’re going to have engagement photos done in January in upstate, NY, I can’t think of a better place to do them!  We had so much fun!  Except for when I accidentally kicked over Nick’s beer trying to get the best shot possible :/ Sorry about that, Nick!  But I think you’ll agree, the photos were definitely worth it!

Congratulations Nick and Brittany, you are a beautiful couple and I’m honored I’ll be documenting your big day!  (And hopefully not kicking any beers over 🙂 )
