One of my favorite things about being your go-to Albany family photographer is watching families grow from year to year. Hello, I’m Meg, your experienced family photographer! I specialize in photographing families, children and newborns in NY State’s Capital Region and surrounding area! Each year I am blessed to have many returning families and the R Family (as seen below!) holds a very special place in my heart! Eleven years ago this May, May 2015, they were my very first clients! Albany Family Photographer at the University of Albany
In October 2024 we met at the Universtiy of Albany on a cool, crisp Saturday morning. If you look really closely, you can see our breath in some of the photos! The R Family was a smiles and we had a blast walking around the pond. You can’t even tell we’re on a college campus in downtown Albany!

Albany Family Photos – May 2017
This is the third year I’ve photographed the R family and the first time ever with baby Grace! Isn’t she the cutest little thing?! I’m so glad the R family choose me as their Albany family photographer because I absolutely love meeting up with them each year! It’s hard to believe that the first time I met Andrew he was only one and a half and now he is the best BIG brother! I’ve been all over Albany with the R family and we always have such a fun, laid back, awesome session that results in beautiful family photos! But this was by far my favorite session with them yet! It is my absolute favorite to watch my families grow up and grow is size! I can’t wait to see you next year, R family, when little Gracie will be **gasp** walking!
An Albany Family 4 Years Later
One of the greatest things about being an Albany Family Photographer is the opportunity to witness the children and families you photograph, grow! The R family was actually the very first family I photographed when I opened Meg Mosher Photography 8 years ago (this post is updated as of March 2023). I’ve been lucky enough to photograph them 5 times since their very first session. The most recent time I photographed this Albany Family was in May 2021.
